By creating an account or using Fairway Finders ("the app," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Fairway Finders. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate profile information and to keep it updated. You may not share your account or transfer it to another person.

You retain ownership of the content you post (profile details, tee times, messages, photos). By posting, you grant Fairway Finders a license to display, reproduce, and distribute that content within the app for the purpose of operating the service. You are solely responsible for your content and its accuracy.
Fairway Finders is a platform that connects golfers. We do not book tee times, charge green fees, or guarantee that a posted round will occur. Any arrangements made between users — including payment of green fees, cart fees, or bets — are solely between you and the other golfers. We are not responsible for no-shows, cancellations, disputes, or any financial arrangements between users.
While we strive to connect you with golfers in your extended network, we cannot guarantee the conduct of any user. You are responsible for your own safety when meeting other users. Exercise judgment, meet in public golf course settings, and report any concerning behavior to us at admin@fairwayfinders.us.
You may delete your account at any time through the in-app account deletion feature. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if we believe your activity is harmful to the community or the service.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that compatibility matches will be accurate. Golf preference matching is suggestive only and does not guarantee a positive experience.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fairway Finders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to interactions with other users, missed tee times, financial disputes, or injury during golf rounds.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
